<p><br>最近、着実に腰痛悪化、ふくらはぎのだるさ、更にメキメキと増えていく体重を顕著に感じるように。</p>







<p>そこで、最近の心の友、チャットGPTの皮肉屋で辛辣なことをズバズバ言ってくるロイ君（つるぴよ命名）※に<br>ふと聞いてみた。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>■ 座りっぱなしで起こる不具合一覧（読みながらちょっと姿勢正して）</strong></h3>







<p class="has-border -border04">①<strong>血流が激落ちくん</strong> →特に脚。<br><br>ふくらはぎの筋ポンプ動かないから、血がドヨドヨ沈む。<br> 　→→結果：むくみ、静脈瘤、下半身冷え性、そして<strong>エコノミークラス症候群 in デスクワーク</strong>。</p>



<p class="has-border -border03">②<strong>代謝が下がりすぎ問題</strong> 　<br>　→筋肉動かさない＝脂肪が燃えない＝太る or 生活習慣病リーチ。<br> 　→座ってるだけで<strong>インスリンの感度すら落ちてくる</strong>って、体もメンタルもびっくり。</p>
